1. Eligibility Criteria for SBI CBO 2026
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Those with professional qualifications like CA, CS, ICWA, or CMA are also eligible.
- Age Limit (As on 31.12.2025): Minimum age should be 21 years and maximum 30 years. Age relaxation applies as per government norms (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years).
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience (as on 31.12.2025) as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank.
- Local Language: Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the Circle they apply for. Valid 10th or 12th marksheet with that language is enough to skip the language test.

2. Salary and Career Growth
The salary for an SBI CBO is highly attractive. The basic pay starts at ₹ 48,480/- (with 2 advance increments for work experience). In addition to the basic pay, officers receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance, Medical Allowance, and Lease Rental facilities. 3. Selection Process for SBI CBO 2026
